Ben BeeriWelcome to living in love, soul serendipity and sovereignty 2026. Thank you guys all for coming out here. It's really special to have everybody out here in this room and be able to reflect on the things that make us love not only ourselves but others. Uh, three of the theme words for tonight that we chose were recognition, permission, and trust. And I feel like those are all words, very strong keywords where you can not only support yourself using those words, but you can support others using those words.

And I think something really powerful is to recognize the things that are strengths within you, that not only other people see within you, but things that can kind of shine a light for you to see within yourself. And one of those things for me that I feel I have struggled to recognize and reinforce in the past with myself is that I'm able to show up for the people in my life in a grounded way with grace, in a way that supports and uplifts other people. And when it comes to how I treat myself, it's not always consistent with that. I don't always give myself grace.

And I don't always uplift myself. And I don't always put myself in a place of wanting to be in the best light that I can see myself in. And I feel that that is something that I can work on within myself. And the beautiful thing is is with some of these reflections and being here, all of us together in the same room, we'll be able to share some of this stuff. We'll be able to get to know some other people in the room. And we'll be able to go over some of these things and reinforce within ourselves what it is that we can kind of work on and grow and apply to our lives. And we can leave this room in a place where we love ourselves more and we're capable of not only loving ourselves more, but loving others more and allowing others to love us more. So thank you guys all for coming out. Really great having you guys here.

So the next word we went over is permission. I feel like that's another one where a lot of us don't really let ourselves do the things that either we want to do or we think we should do. And there's times where we may desire something or we may feel like we deserve something, but we don't allow ourselves to actually give it a fair shot or go for it or be in a place. And I feel like when it comes to giving ourselves permission for things, there are times where we want to be in a place of growth or growing, and we may not allow ourselves to enter that season of our lives.

And sometimes other people want to see us go for the things we want. We all have dreams. We all have people that want our lives. It could be a dream job. It could be a dream relationship. It could be a dream life or a dream house. And we want that, but we don't allow ourselves to get it. And so many people would want to see us go and get it. And how do we put ourselves in a place where we allow ourselves to go for it? So our activity that we're going to break into here in a couple of minutes is going to be a really interesting one. Some of you guys came here with people that you know. Some of you guys met some new friendly faces just coming in here to the event.

What we're going to do is in groups of two, if you'd like to stick to the people that you already know and that you came with, you are welcome to do so. If you'd like to get up and meet somebody new, in few seconds I'm going to invite you guys to stand up and you guys can kind of pair up and you guys can share what your recognitions are and what your permissions are with a partner. And you guys can reflect that back to each other and we can kind of work on our reflections together. So who would like to meet somebody new and do the reflections with somebody new? If you would, please stand up.

And you guys can see. And everybody else is welcome to share with the person next to you. Let's take a few minutes and share your recognition and we'll share your permission as well. So great to have everyone back. Everyone had such amazing shares and amazing reflections. And it looked like you guys were getting to know each other really well. For those of you that didn't know each other and for those of you who already knew each other, it seems like you guys had an opportunity to get to know each other better, which is exciting.

And what came up for you guys when it came to the different reflections? Megan, would you like to share with us? Yes. We have a microphone.

Speaker 2Thank you.

Ben BeeriDo you prefer I You can stand. Okay. Yeah.

Speaker 2So my reflection about recognition was really regarding the fact that a lot of people comment you know after a conversation with me or after spending time with me that they feel at peace and that they feel like I I gave them a feeling of peace. And I feel like I don't really give that same peace to myself. I feel like a lot of times I overthink and I tend to be in my head and I have a lot of self judgment. Whereas I have a lot of mercy for those around me and for others. So it was an interesting dichotomy and irony to hear that recognition from others but then not really feel like I give that to myself. So that's something that I want to continue to work on. That's awesome. Thank you for sharing, Megan.

Ben BeeriFatih, would you like to share? You had a really good reflection you shared with me. My gosh. Great. Thank you, guys. What what came up for you, Fatih? For

Speaker 4recognition, I think I started to realize that authenticity is the missing part that I was not aware of. And since we started to host this Saturday salon that helped me to realize that authenticity is actually bringing the true people into my life. And that that that was a very valuable thing I've realized. And with the permission, this is something I have been wanting to step into, but has it I have kind of, like, hesitation on it. I think there are two things in my life right now. First one is trying to fix my relationship with myself and with my one, hopefully.

And that also includes the the main purpose with my businesses, other things going on in my life. And with the trust part, I think I'm putting in effort without yeah. It's it's relationship. Like, I'm still thinking that I'm putting my effort into it, but I'm not seeing any result. Maybe I'm exaggerating the expected result, but maybe I'm trying to still stick to my consulting brain, and that is kind of creating this type of outcome.

Ben BeeriYeah. Appreciate it. Thank you. Thank you for sharing, Fatih. Who else has some reflections they'd like to share with the group? Back there, Aubrey.

Speaker 3Hello. So we all found it really interesting that all of us had the exact same thing for permission, which is identity. So things like posting more because we're uncomfortable with the way that people are gonna perceive us or impostor syndrome. And so we were kind of shocked that all of us had the exact same thing. I said it out loud because I didn't write mine down and then he showed me his paper and he's like, I literally wrote that down. And then she was like, Oh my gosh, that's mine too. And so we were like, I bet you everybody in this room feels that way.

And so it was kind of great. So for us, our permission is that we just wanna be ourselves and just be our authentic self, be fearless and stop caring what people think and it's we were saying, which is crazy, but we come into these rooms and we're all trying to put on a facade and connect on this superficial level. And really if we can just be ourselves, I think the world is craving authenticity and we come in here to like bullshit each other and it's like it's you know what I mean? We're like, we're so cool. And and really like we're all hurting, it's all hard, and like we're all struggling with the exact same thing and it's like why don't we just say it? Because really we would not feel alone and there's so many like entrepreneurs and successful people that feel alone and they're killing themselves because of this thing where we're not allowed to just be ourselves and really we're it's proof we're all feeling the exact same way. So instead of like trying to come across as like fake and we should just be us,

and I think we'd feel better. Shyah.

Ben BeeriI'm not ready. It's time. What does being yourself mean to you?

Speaker 3Telling the truth. I wanna tell the truth.

Ben BeeriTell the truth. Yeah. That's

Speaker 3so important to me. And I'm I'm tired of watching people die because they can't be themselves.

Ben BeeriYeah. I love it. Thank you for sharing, Gabri. Does anybody else have a reflection they'd like to share with the room? Can't beat that. Can't beat that? You sure? Rui, what do you wanna share with us? Oh.

Speaker 5I don't know. Well, can share on that. It was nice. Thank you. Well, about the recognition, I feel a lot of people in my team and other places see me as a leader but I don't see that confidence in myself. I'm not bullshitting you but that's something I feel like I can step into better. And in terms of permission, I've been wanting to write a book for so long because I'm also tired of people's bullshit and I want to tell people how to live an authentic life. But first I gotta leave it myself to be able to share that with people. So the book is called Religion of Happiness.

And to me we have a religion in the world these days that prioritizes money, materialistic positions and all of those things as a goal and a purpose. And I think we need a realignment in our purpose in a society and striving to bring spirituality, God, and whatever you wanna call it, the meaning back to our lives. And that's what I wanna share with people. I grew up as a Muslim kid and I turned atheist and I found God in nature and I wanna share that journey with people. And in terms of trust, I guess my dating life. I put a lot of effort in it and I still haven't met the mother of my child.

Mainly because also our society has changed and we don't value motherhood very much. I dated three women last year that none of them wanted to be a mom and that's what I see as a problem. And that's an area I'm putting a lot of efforts and I haven't seen results.

Ben BeeriThank you. Thank you for sharing, Rui, and and thank you for your vulnerability. That was that was really, like, refreshing to hear. And and yeah. Honesty. Honesty, truth, authenticity, mercy. And we all run into these common themes of we just want to be ourselves at the end of the day. We want to be ourselves. We don't want to be as hard on ourselves as we are. And we want other people to accept us. But the person that we're showing the other people isn't fully ourselves at times. So how is somebody going to accept us if we don't show them who we actually are? So we kind of have a chicken or egg type of problem here, like which one is going to come first? Are we going to show people who we are?

Or because we can't get accepted unless we show people who we are. And that's kind of where a big issue lies for all of us. So it's really an interesting place to be, I mean, where we are in society as adults. You sit there and think about it. You go to school for so many years, you're grouped with kids that are your age, people that are similar demographics, similar social classes, ages are similar because are with people who are in the same grade as you are. And you finish high school, you finish college, and now we are all scattered. We are all different ages, different backgrounds, different interests.

And we're all going to be different. You're not gonna come across another person who is exactly the same as you. And even the interests that we have are often going to be different because we run into different fields or different jobs or different hobbies or different passions. And the question just becomes is how do we lean into the things that we love to do the most and show ourselves, and not just ourselves, our unfiltered authentic selves with everyone else. And that's what's going to allow us to truly connect with the world and be ourselves unconditionally.

So I feel like another activity that we can do together. We all received a note card when we came in, and we were asked to keep that note card for later. Well, now is the time that we're going to use it. And you guys all had such great conversations with each other. And this is living in love. How many people have ever written a love note before? There we go, a love note. So we are all going to write a love note to the person that was sitting with us, that was sharing with us their beautiful reflections.

And what that love note is going to have is either recognition, permission, trust, encouragement, any other synonym you could think of for the word love. And we're really just going to support the person with what they're going through. We're not here to give advice or to fix someone or whatever it is. We're just simply going to reflect back to them what we heard And we're going to reinforce to them how great they are just as they are. So we're going to take a few minutes to do that together. We on?

Alright. So I'm clarifying the activity for everyone. So we want everybody to leave here tonight with a love note of encouragement or support or recognition or permission or trust. And we all shared these beautiful reflections with each other. And what we're going to do is we're going to take the time to write a love note of recognition, permission, or trust or any other synonym for love to support the other person in their journey of finding and accepting that love and becoming their true authentic self.

That was a hell of an activity. I actually didn't really yeah. That was fun. That was really cool to put everyone and have everyone be in a state of receiving love, which is something that us human beings don't do as often as we should. A lot of us partake in giving and we're giving love and we are trying to be in a place where we come off as loving and we share. But a lot of us really, really struggle to receive and to let something land. And I really enjoyed hearing what some of you guys had to share.

And if anybody feels called or feels comfortable sharing what they received or what it meant to them, I'd love to open the floor for you and give you the ability to do so. Well, I'm going to go. I got a nice pleasant surprise here from Diana. I didn't ask her to do this, but for me, I've learned that receiving is something that I can work on. And I feel like I should share I can share this with you guys and see what it is. So here we go. Thank you, endeavors, dreams, your essence, your being, amazed by how you group and lead people seemingly effortlessly.

You are a prototype to how people could live. In in the meantime, your following will grow as it should. Always, you have been your authentic self, setting the example for others. To Yeah, know. Oh, yeah. I'm trying to read it. We're good. I learned some cursive, like in third grade. I actually kind of write in cursive too. Oh, yeah. Nah. It's authentic. It's real. It's unfiltered. We don't need any editing here. We're good. Always yeah. Know. Right? Put it in chat GPT. See what it comes up with. Always you have been your authentic self, setting the example for others to learn and follow.

By dreaming your dream and taking action in the most humble way, your people will flock and flourish as you experience in this field of consciousness. Ben, you're solid. The force is with you. You've won before you started by by giving yourself a chance to grow. You set an example for all of us. Love you, Diana. Thank you, Diana. Appreciate you. Love you. Aubrey, you're going to share with us? I love it.

Speaker 3Okay. So I just wanna say that this was really cool for me. We had two people in our group and both of them said something different, but it's the things that I love the self the most about myself. And I often judge myself and I just assume everyone hates me. It's weird, I know. And so we were talking about how cool it is that we were only talking for maybe five to ten minutes and the things that I want to be, they saw in me. So that was really neat. So the first one is, Dear Aubrey By the way, I cry all the time. I'm not on my period. I'm just emotional.

So Dear Aubrey, from you, I sense such a strong powerful female presence. Your desire for truth helping others being authentically you can be felt throughout the room. Inspiring. I'll be sending you loving vibes and waiting to see all. And then the other one is, Aubrey, thank you for sharing with us. You have permission to show up. You are a giving, helping, caring soul. The world is better off when it sees you, Julian. And I think that this one for sure was so big for me because something that I care the most about is helping others and giving.

And this woman didn't know me, so I don't know why I look like that, but that was fucking cool.

Ben BeeriYeah. That's amazing. Thank you for sharing. Alright, got Jacob here in the front row. Thank you. Jacob, stand

Speaker 7up. Oh yeah, stand up. Stand up. First and foremost, thanks for doing this event. Came at a good time and I'll preface the little letter I got with this. It was very simple, easy to understand, and hard to misinterpret, which is nice because I sometimes miss out on the simple things in life. I over complicate it. So it was very good to get something so straightforward. It was from Mike right here. He said, your pain is your power. Everything that happened to you happened for you. Anchor into your highest self daily and allow the universe to unfold before you. You're more powerful than you realize.

Learn how to forgive yourself. Your story matters. Your life matters. So I thought that was great. Very powerful.

Ben BeeriI love it. Thank you for sharing, Jacob.

Speaker 7It meant a lot. Growing up I read a lot of philosophy, different books, people from around the world. And like some of the more more notable figures in in that realm, they all they all pretty much point to this. But it's very easy, and this is gonna I guess show how young I am, to get lost in the sauce so to speak. You know, we over complicate things. We miss what's right in front of us. And I mean this right here is just so many books just in in half a piece of paper. And it was it's just so simple and concise. And you know, I I've I've learned this over and over and over again, but it was really nice to have a conversation with someone about it.

Ben BeeriYeah, Amazing. That's my Thanks for sharing. Jenny, over there?

Speaker 6I wanted to share this because I think it gives it such a beautiful outlook on love that is not only romantic. Because I got a letter from my best friend and it's really cute. You are exactly where you're meant to be. I see you on I see you on your life journey and I'm so honored to watch it all unfold. The way you've worked so hard and created a journal that truly helps people has inspired me so much. Everything about you feels perfect to me. I think about how I look for my search I think about how I search for my soul mate and what helps me believe that true alignment is possible is my relationship with you.

I'd I'd have found my soul mate in you. Let's grow old together? Question mark. I'd also need to say thank you for being such an incredible friend to me. You make my life so so much better. I promise to love you forever and always be here for you. I know that all your dreams will come true. Love you, Ashley.

Ben BeeriLove it. Thanks for sharing, Jenny. It really is something. And I can say, like, for me, what I experienced and what that meant to me, Diana wrote that for me and completely surprised me with that. I didn't know I was gonna get one. So I have learned that for me receiving is one of the more difficult things. And I know it is for a lot of us and I think it's really cool because some of us just met tonight. Some of us are best friends. And having connections with people and working on them and deepening them, whether you just met someone or whether you've known somebody for a long time, you can always work on that relationship and you can always work on deepening that connection.

And another connection that you can work on deepening is the one with yourself. And the connection with yourself is really the most important one. It's the one that we don't really allow ourselves to fall into as much as we could or should. It's one of those that we live with ourselves for our entire lives. And sometimes we don't take the time to know ourselves, connect with ourselves, be ourselves, express ourselves. And we're all human beings, and we need that at times. And not just at times, all the time.

And we should set I can say, at least for me, I think it's something that I'm going to work to set more time aside for myself to connect with myself. And another activity I have for you guys, this is gonna be the final one of the evening. I know you guys have been here for a little bit, and I'm really grateful that you guys have been here. It's been such a special evening. And I have another activity for you guys. You guys all received a fresh note card, and we've got one more love note coming. And we're all going to I'm gonna lead you guys through a quick meditation, and then we're gonna write this love note. And so everybody, if you can, if you can center yourselves and ground your feet and leave your palms open.

Close your eyes. And imagine a place where you are loved unconditionally. This place can be today. It can be in five years. Can be in ten years, it can be in twenty years. And that version of yourself that is in the future not only knows how to give love, that version of you knows how to receive love. And that version of yourself is looking back at you today in 2026 and saying, hey, this was the time where you took the time for yourself to get to know yourself and to love yourself. And that matters.

And I thank you for taking that time for yourself so you could know yourself and connect with yourself and love yourself. And it's because you took that time that today, in whatever time period in the future, you can now give and receive love unconditionally. So you guys can open your eyes, and your next love note is going to come from your future self to yourself today, thanking you for making the effort to connect with yourself so you can love and be loved. We're all coming back from an amazing reflective state where we got to let ourselves know that we matter.

And not just today and not just a couple of years in the future, but we matter for as long as we are going to live. And to take that time for ourselves, I really think, is a very special thing to do. That note that your future self wrote to yourself, you get to take that with you from tonight. You get to enjoy that. And you get to cherish it and keep it. And any time that you're feeling stuck in life, you can refer to it and to know that you are loved by your future self, which is also you. So don't forget that you love yourself.

And this has been a really special night spending with all of you guys. I think this is a really special room that we put together in a special group of people. And I'm excited to be here with you guys, and I'm also excited to be here with you guys next month. Uh, we just gave you guys a flyer for our next event, which is going to be Dare to Dream. It's going to happen on March 22. It's gonna be out here in Newport. And I'd love to share that evening with you guys as well. We're gonna be talking about our dreams, the life we want to live, the life we can live, and really understanding why we're dreaming what we're dreaming and getting to that place where we are living in that dream state, where we do have that dream house or that dream car or that dream relationship or that dream body or that dream state or job or whatever dreams you have in life. I really feel like we owe it to ourselves to go for it and get it. So March 22, Dare to Dream.

Uh, if you scan the QR code on your flyer, uh, it'll take you to a place where you can reserve your ticket for that event. And I put a very specialty offer for you guys for being here tonight. We have a loyalty offer that's good until tonight at midnight that only you guys can access for having been here at the event for tonight. So if you guys would like to be here at the event, we're going to reward the action takers that are here tonight and that are interested in showing up. And I look forward to seeing you guys here in a month and four weeks. And I really enjoyed this with, uh, spending this night with you guys.

And here's to living in love. Thank you, guys.
