I believe every human being is on what I call The Authentic Journey -- to freedom: to a place where you are truly authentic, so your laugh is your own, your comments are your own, your voice is your own. From wherever you are right now, to that place where you are so clear within yourself, that you trust your instincts, your impulses and your intuitions. I know this journey because I’ve been taking it. I’m still on it… it’s a work in progress. And it’s my honor to share it with you!

What is your role on The Authentic Journey?

I’m on The Authentic Journey. I’ve been on it and I’m here constantly. It’s an evolutionary process of expansion. It’s not a destination. I consider myself to be a tour guide on The Authentic Journey because we’re side by side – fellow travelers – Sometimes that’s what I feel like. Here we are on this journey together… and although I may be a guide I, too, have the opportunity to get in touch with situations where I will question my own authenticity! It’s an ever going process.

How do you actually work with people? What do you do?

I get really clear what the ARC of the journey looks like: from deep, deep profound co-dependency to high, high, high authenticity as in “this is truly who I am”. I help people identify where they are in that arc… on their journey. I have created The Authentic Journey Diagnostic as support for people to see where they are in the arc because if you do not truly acknowledge where you are in the arc, you get to stay put or recede. Bottom line. You are not going to get to this place of authenticity and freedom that I’ve talked about.


The Authentic Journey website is totally devoted to where are you in the arc; how I can support you in the arc and how can we support each other. I have product, (which includes books, CDs, homestudy courses) workshops and seminars, teleclasses, one on one mentoring, a blog, and a newsletter, all designed to help you to the next step. I’m also available for speaking engagements which is one of my greatest passions!

So, when I say that I’m a tourguide, I’m the kind of tour guide that says okay we’ve visited the wine country, but now we’re going on a deep safari, so let’s get prepared for that… that’s the next step. Now I’m going along on the safari because I’m not pretending that I’m off the arc… you never get off the arc! Who knows what comes next?
